There are several workout regimens out there for
different ages. If doing strength training is a thing in your twenties and
thirties then cardio will be your go-to in the forties. Cardio training demands
at least fifteen minutes of your time and there are times when you are not able
to give that much of your time for the busy life you lead. That does not mean
